I have been working at Anfotech full-time

    Pros

Amazing people, and a positive work environment

    Cons

If you are an individual who is unable or unwilling to hit the ground running, to be agile, and to embrace collaboration, then this is NOT the place for you.

    Advice to Management

Trust your employees to do what they do best, and then give them the space to do so. Continued professional development and cross-training is imperative.

    Pros

I started working as a subcontractor for Anfotech at one of the financial clients. They are good at paying on time and reimbursing for travel expenses even before getting their payments from client. Great experience so far.

    Cons

None that I can think of so far

    Positive Outlook

I have been working at Anfotech full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

I have been placed as a test lead at Wells Fargo in Chandler location through Anfotech and had no issues. Due to the 18 months contractor rule at Wells Fargo, I had to find another job. Anfotech helped me to find a project at American Express in TRCN location and I am starting there from February 1st. It has been a smooth transition and experience for me. Their recruiters are proactive and try to help find a project quickly due to their local presence.

    Cons

Adjusting to multiple clients (in my case from Wells to Amex) once the project is ended can be challenging but I think I'll get exposure to multiple technologies this way..

    Advice to Management

Continue to grow and focus on more local customers

    Positive Outlook

I have been working at Anfotech full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

As far as IT companies go, Anfotech did a nice job of keeping in touch over the course of my 8 month engagement and then again weekly after my contract ended. It's a company that cares about professional success but is respectful that their employees also have personal lives.

    Cons

None during my stay at Anfotech

    Advice to Management

Keep doing what you are doing in continuing to keep in contact with your consultants. Birthday perks and occasional gifts were a nice touch to make us feel like we are a part of the company, even though we are all remote.

    Negative Outlook

I worked at Anfotech full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    NONE
If at all I can say, you will survive the worst phase of your life as long as you are an anfotech employee.

    Cons

Unpaid for most of your term.
never produced a pay stub to its employees for details on the paycheck.
    zero marketing.
no management. Just one man show Vishwam Annam. Who never answer your call till you leave the company.

    Advice to Management

    Be humans.
