    Pros

I have been working with angard staffing for more than 1years

    Cons

    - first call first serve is the system but it's wrong - the phone is busy when try to book for a shift . - first booking is for manager to book for those knows and a lazy workers . - the shift are short and taking by the friend or relative of those who work for royal mail Angard work harder than the regular employees. - the system utilised by the company to organise the shift is in lawful, it's take age to get shift.

I have been working at Angard Staffing

    Pros

Good hourly pay rate after 12 weeks

    Cons

Other than Xmas you are lucky to get 10 hours work per month . Staff at Angard never answer e mails or the phone and when they do they are rude. Royal Mail staff never help casual staff and show them no respect.

    I worked at Angard Staffing

    Pros

I've been trying to think of some but I don't think there are any. Ummm..Only a weeks notice needed to be given

    Cons

I have worked for Royal Mail directly casually before and had no complaints but angard are absolutely inept. I didn't receive any hours from them, which is fair enough it was a zero hours contract, so I wasn't banking on any. However when I found a permanent job I handed in my notice at angard and never received my P45, which meant I was charged extortionate rates of tax. Several emails have been sent and been ignored, they even lied and said it had been sent, when in fact I phoned the HMRC to double check. 4 months later and still waiting.......

    I worked at Angard Staffing

    Pros

good pay if you get to the higher rate and manage to stay there. The work can be heavy or tedious depending on what you are given when you arrive.

    Cons

forever waiting for text cannot get thru when they call as only ONE line for a couple of hundred likely candidates .Sometimes I have not been able to contact all day as nobody answers the phone. It does not matter how hard you work the ROYAL MAIL managers have no say in whether you get more shifts .Angard get the same money whether you're experienced or a new comer.

I have been working at Angard Staffing full-time

    Pros

For someone desperate to find a job and got into this sort of job just keep calling for shift even they gonna behave disrespectful and neglectful as soon as you get into the site no one cares even the line managers

    Cons

Doesn't have any sense of humanity, they're looking just after their interest, even the Royal Mail managers they treat the agencies workers as animals.
