    Advice to Management

No continuity with angard staff ,as constantly changing personnel which means RM mentors having to teach new staff which means more downtime ,but who cares, its only business

    Negative Outlook

I worked at Angard Staffing for less than a year

    Pros

Flexibility (that's about all I can think of but they stipulate a twenty word minimum, so let's talk about the weather)

    Cons

Treated with contempt, astonishingly rude staff, awful pay, little notice of work. Typical zero-hours employer - we can do what we want and if you even slightly inconvenience us, no more hours for you.

    Advice to Management

Monitor your employees treatment of people on the phone (assuming you care). Don't put hundreds of people on your books when there are only a slots for 20 or so.

However when I found a permanent job I handed in my notice at angard and never received my P45, which meant I was charged extortionate rates of tax. ...

I worked at Angard Staffing part-time for more than a year

    Pros

Wages, when not missed, are paid the week after. Colleagues can be obliging with comic relief, with some escape from the bile that defines a typical shift.

    Cons

    1) Discrimination and xenophobia is rife and championed by Angard Staff site consultants, and on the floor by RM managers. 2) No doubt, the perfect absolute zero hours contract regime- and slave master’s wet dream, with weeks on end without shifts, while a select few get spoilt for options. 3) Wages often don’t get processed, with responses to complaints and inquiries coming...

    Advice to Management

It wouldn’t cost too much human capital to treat other’s, not so different, with respect and dignity.
