successful in building and motivating dynamic teams. Ability to cultivate a company culture in which staff

growth. Thank you in advance for taking the time to review my resume.

    Cons

Working long sixteen hours days, seven days a week for four months. Very exhusting

I have been working at Angelica full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Great long term, devoted employees at plants and in field

    Cons

Recent bankruptcy, new leadership hired and already fired, no consistency, only focused on cutting costs, minimal investment in equipment or people

I have been working at Angelica full-time

    Pros

Nothing positive at this company since the bankruptcy new leadership came on board and many fired already.

    Cons

Employees treated poorly. Corporate HR does nothing. Unprofessional plant managers, supervisors and VP's at corporate. Poor pay and no increases. Currently going through more lay-offs and eliminating key positions.

    Advice to Management

Get educated! It doesn't require a degree to be professional and not bias. Treat everyone with dignity

I worked at Angelica (Less than a year)

    Pros

    Hiring Process is quick

    Cons

Everything, no training at all. No one spoke English and I don't speak Spanish so it was a loose loose battle for me the entire time. Bi-Lingual was not a requirement but should be. The changed my hours every single day, or said i was on the schedule and wasn't. This job is not worth the gas money to drive there and deal with all the hassle. Save yourself some time

    Advice to Management

Put bi-lingual as a requirement at your las vegas location, how is someone whom doesn't speak Spanish suppose to learn when no one there speaks English except one manager !

I have been working at Angelica full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Good pay, great benefits, good schedule Monday thru Friday. Daytime work. Not micromanaged. Management let’s you make decisions on what’s best for your route. Not over worked underpaid.

    Cons

Marketing techniques need a lot of improvement. They seem to let the potential growth of the company up to chance instead of being pro active on growing the company. The lack of growth or expansion makes you feel like the job is not secure.

    Advice to Management

Be aggressive in getting back into markets where the company has been hurting the last few years. You need more than just the name of the company to become a leader in the industry again.

    Pros

New Management Team driving changes in the organization but with any turnaround time is needed to "turn the ship."

    Cons

Not a very process/systems based company. This is reflective of the greater hospital linen industry.
