    Pros

I worked at AngioDynamics full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

People land products. Some fiercely loyal, bright people who want to make it work and some products that truly do save lives.

    Cons

An inch deep and a mile wide: the volume of products and overhead (3 separate sales teams) means the products don't get any of the investment they require to grow.

    Advice to Management

Streamline. Combine BUs down to two: venous and oncology. Stop acquiring and start selling off products so you can invest in the products that have true potential to grow.

I have been working at AngioDynamics full-time

    Pros

I report to an amazing person and work with some people who make coming into work a real treat. Besides production, the hours are great!

    Cons

Morale is low and turnover is high. Management is only out to make money and do not care about the heart and soul of the company... production!

    Advice to Management

Listen to your direct reports. There are many people that are loyal and devoted to AngioDynamics but they will not stay if they are mistreated or feel like they are not appreciated.

    Pros

Glens Falls plant has a in house cafeteria, Latham office is modernized.

    Cons

Leadership is too concerned with making themselves look good and padding their wallets. Focus is on marketing instead of R&D, leading to stale product.

    Advice to Management

Focus on the employees and the product instead of your own wallet. Take ownership of your issues instead of placing the blame on others that report to you. Invest in R&D and come up with new products instead of buying others failed ideas.

    Pros

Great people to work with, easy work to pick up on not a difficult as long as you have common sence.

    Cons

Upper Management doesn't have a clue on what goes on and constantly pointing fingers at others when things don't work out. Pay raises are a joke .

    Advice to Management

Stop crumbling the foundation of the company by treating you employees so poorly.

I have been working at AngioDynamics full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

The employees that actually add value for the organization (operators and front line technical personnel) are a pleasure to work with. A team environment exists that these two levels.

    Cons

Complete lack of LEADERSHIP. Director and VP levels do not function as a team. Resource management does not exist. Directors and VPs "write checks that simply cannot be cashed". The organization has been "Covidienized" with a distinct and separate set of expectations and consequences.

    Advice to Management

Almost too late for advice. Instead, statement: "Iceberg dead ahead".

    I worked at AngioDynamics full-time

    Pros

Most of the employees are in the same boat, so there are a lot of understanding workers who are down to earth.

    Cons

Upper management sets unrealistic and non-viable goals for progress. This creates lots of organization issues and morale and work culture imbalance.

    Advice to Management

    Do things the right way.
