    I worked at Anheuser-Busch part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Helpful management, ability to create own schedule.

    Cons

Unorganized. Although as helpful as possible, management was distant because closest office was a state away.

    Advice to Management

Make sure wholesalers are prepared to work alongside Brand Activation Managers.

I have been working at Anheuser-Busch full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

Stability, overtime, 2 free cases of beer per month, you get to work for a well known and respected company. Pay is okay.

    Cons

Not a pleasant work environment i.e., working in extreme temps, uncomfortable shoes and noise level. Be prepared to constantly fix broken machines.

I have been working at Anheuser-Busch full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Great portfolio of brands, pay and benefits. Ability to move up within the company if you are mobile. Tons on contractor job to get a foot in the door.

    Cons

The region office is very uncomfortable. Full time positions are 60+ hours a week and very high stress.

I worked at Anheuser-Busch (More than a year)

    Pros

It is very hard to think of any pros. There are some great people who work here but senior management ruins the entire work experience here.

    Cons

Contractors are treated and referred to as "second class citizens".

    Advice to Management

Talk to your employees more. Take the time to understand why people are not happy there. Employees who like their job and their manager will do a better job and care more about the company as a whole.

    I worked at Anheuser-Busch full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Ability to quickly move within the company if you are mobile. Compensation - Health insurance, 401K match, 2 cases of beer/month, environment, and new parental leave policy!! Plans by upper management are visible to all employees during quarterly calls.

    Cons

Training is all on the job so it is important to ask questions to understand the process. My team did not have flexible hours. My line managers did not challenge me.

    Advice to Management

Management needs to sit with employees and understand the process. Reinventing the wheel by management team and not surveying users before rolling out a new process.

I have been working at Anheuser-Busch full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

The pay is high for unskilled labor. There is a strong union that cares about workers. Finally, there aren't many people to deal with.

    Cons

There is a limit to how much can be worked. There also isn't a recycling bin for paper. It is all thrown away.

    Advice to Management

Pay attention to your workers. Some of them have been working at Budweiser long before you and will long after you leave.
