    Pros

Most money I have ever made doing something I love doing. People are great and the benefits are amazing. Most managers are down to earth people.

I have been working at Anheuser-Busch full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

The pay was good and the work was not terribly hard and you got a lot of beer

    Cons

You are just a number there was very little communication from anybody other than your direct supervisor. And they just laid off hundreds of people with no warning.

    Advice to Management

You're going to lay them off without warning and for nothing that they've done wrong at least offer a pretty decent severance package or give them time to find a new job or both.

    I worked at Anheuser-Busch full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Large budgets, exciting brands, fair amount of autonomy, interesting and intelligent colleagues.

    Cons

Greatly miscalculated the move from STL to NYC, from both infrastructure and workforce perspectives.
Little to no advancement opportunity unless 1) internal talent program employee 2) willingness to relocate anywhere at anytime for an undesired role.
Minimal, if any, exposure to upper management.
Base salary calculated off of % of market - heavily bonus incentivized - 0 bonus payout to majority of employees for 5+ years running.
Extensive domestic travel (could be a pro) required while adhering to ZBB cost restrictions.
Have lost touch with wholesaler relationships - fair amount of resentment of the company on a local, family owned wholesaler level.

    Advice to Management

Listen to wholesalers, do not promote those who are not prepared, lean less on internal talent programs and those who have no external perspective.
