    Pros

Training for freshers who are on OPT...

    Cons

This company sucks BIG TIME and is based on LIES!!

    How they Operate:

    1) Hiring: They hire only international students from universities and exploit them because they are on OPT and need of an immediate job and Visa to stay in USA

    2) Training: Trained only in BA and QA which are common skills.

    3) Marketing: After 6 weeks of training, the marketing team (bunch of idiots who couldn't land a job for themselves) try to place them with opportunities in DICE, Monster, LinkedIn etc. The Marketing team is being told by the CEO/Management to fake their resumes (years of experience, skills etc), change their LEGAL STATUS (OPT EAD is changed to GC EAD and students who are not Citizens are being forced to call themselves one). DOB is changed. Information on Driving licenses get tweaked. They only do Corp to Corp and tell the naive students that they have direct clients. The companies that they work with are oblivious of these facts and do business with them. Doing so, this company is putting the careers of many in jeopardy as faking resumes, legal documents etc is a felony and can land them in trouble and also in JAIL. These students are paid only a chunk of what the management makes for the first year. (30-40%) For e.g. they pay students $27.5/hr but they are placed at $60+/hr. The Marketing team treats the students as animals and are really rude to them. They are hardly successful in placing these students in jobs. On an average they place 6-8 people in jobs per month. Others are left hanging in the rented apartments or are asked to leave.

So, STUDENTS and JOB SEEKERS, please stay away from this RUT and look for a decent and secure career.

It is not far when someone will go and complain about these mal-practices to USCIS and Department of Labor and shut this company down.

What is saddening is that people like us (who are on OPT and VISA) will suffer...

    Pros

worst company and people have with unbearable attitude. They behave as if they own USA. Firstly, they dont know how to treat and behave with people. They are very partial to people from their city or people who speak their language.
Secondly, the management sucks. Only better thing is the training from Sachin and the other trainer is super lazy like a sloth. They pay you really less. I mean really really less. They pay only 30-40% of what you earn. The marketers cant get a job for themselves but they behave as if they are super talented. They are rude and i feel like hitting them real bad.If your fresher its okay to join but be ready to face the management who are really disgusting and rude.

    Cons

I hope i could give negative rating but i don't see that option.
Please dont risk your career by trusting them.
only good people i feel are Sachin,Taresh and Serra (Sandeep Bhandal). I am with this company only because of them

    Advice to Management

Please pay higher and cut less from our pay. At-least pay us 70% of what we earn.

I worked at Anjaneyap Global full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

The company as a whole is a scam. This is far from a "full-time" position, it is a staffing consulting company that is extremely dishonest and treats its consultants awfully (you are considered their product, not an employee) - grouped in "batches". However, I have to be honest that it does have some perks:

    - Training is actually pretty good. Sachin is a great lecturer and explains everything very well. You will learn valuable skills such as SQL proficiency, knowledge of industries such as healthcare and banking and you will prepare for interviews which are all great for any future (with or without the company).
    - Free housing in Bay Area (otherwise very expensive). Sure, you might have to share a 3 bedroom apartment with 8-10 people at a time, but this is a last resort kind of place anyway, so free housing is a good perk.
    - Exposure to other people in your situation. This last "Pro" is more of a consequence than something they offer. You will meet a bunch of people if you choose to go to this hell hole, some of which might end turn up to be long-lasting friendships and contacts - though the same could be said for any company you join.

In short - the best case scenario is to use this place as a temporary situation. If you get accepted into their program and LITERALLY NOTHING ELSE - attend the training, experience what the bay area has to offer and learn from them. Once the training is over, RUN. They will promise they will "get you placed" when it may take literally months of your OPT time because they have incompetent and inexperienced marketers along with terrible management. My advice - while you are in training keep applying to other places, call as many companies as you can and keep interviewing, staying with them should literally be your LAST RESORT.

    Cons

Here we go... The truth about this company. First things first, they lie about literally everything, its THEIR WHOLE BUSINESS MODEL! Once you get accepted into their program you will be taking part of training, which is actually pretty good. Throughout this training they will teach you how to lie, how to fake basically your whole persona and experience. At first they will sound lenient, but by the end you will be forced to produce resumes with your own name and forge 6-8 years of experience. You will put in contact with vendors and hiring managers from companies (occasionally, because marketers are incompetent most of the time) and be told to lie about not only your experience but your residency... including breaking the law and telling them you are a citizen or greencard holder. After what will surely take months to get out of the place if you choose to stay, wherever you get "placed" at, working for one of their clients, you will have to impersonate the person you described yourself as in your interviews and resumes. You will not have a personal life outside because you are not the person you say you are, which often leads to people getting fired... so even after all that trouble none of what you go through with this company is a guarantee to work. Marketers make commission on top of consultants so they are uncooperative and will force you to do take even more unethical actions. Management only cares about money, which also means they won't cooperate with you. Leave the company after training - that is my best advice

    Advice to Management

Stop treating your consultants as product and start treating them as employees. Your lack of trust is blatant and your insecurity is blatant. Instead of threatening your consultants try to comfort them and help them. Fear isn't a good way to run a business
