I have been working at Anjaneyap Global full-time

    Pros

    Motivating Staffs.
Personal Attention and training if needed.
They will keep annoying you for status/performance report every week, but that will make your H1B Audits a pleasant experience.
Timely salary always, since 4 years now.
Stamping in India was made easier.
    Getting paid for sick Leaves.
8% off phone bills every month from AT&T when you show proof of Anjaneyap Employment.

    Cons

They have annual meeting/party every two years instead of yearly.
Change in Account Manager is seldom welcomed from both sides.

    Advice to Management

Organize annual meetings every year. Don't change account managers unless unavoidable.

I have been working at Anjaneyap Global full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

worst company and people have with unbearable attitude. They behave as if they own USA. Firstly, they dont know how to treat and behave with people. They are very partial to people from their city or people who speak their language.
Secondly, the management sucks. Only better thing is the training from Sachin and the other trainer is super lazy like a sloth. They pay you really less. I mean really really less. They pay only 30-40% of what you earn. The marketers cant get a job for themselves but they behave as if they are super talented. They are rude and i feel like hitting them real bad.If your fresher its okay to join but be ready to face the management who are really disgusting and rude.

    Cons

I hope i could give negative rating but i don't see that option.
Please dont risk your career by trusting them.
only good people i feel are Sachin,Taresh and Serra (Sandeep Bhandal). I am with this company only because of them

    Advice to Management

Please pay higher and cut less from our pay. At-least pay us 70% of what we earn.

I have been working at Anjaneyap Global full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

People are nice here, both consultants and marketers. They provide professional training for a month before they put you in the market. They also provide candidates free apartments.

    Cons

Will be better if the company can provide candidates with food everyday in stead of Wednesday only. People who come to clean the apartment should better learn some basic English to prevent misunderstanding.

    Advice to Management

The company may provide more opportunities for the people who's on the bench. I would strongly recommend the management side will provide better infrastructures.

    Pros

There cannot be any pros in working for this company. Ever.

    Cons

This company runs like the Indian government - they will lie, take your money, cheat you & at the end of the day play with your life & career only to toss you out in the open.

Worst part is - they will laugh when doing it.

    Advice to Management

Too many things you need to change about yourself - you might as well stop going everything you're doing

    Pros

Training is good. By that I mean trainer is a very decent, knowledgeable guy and will train you in a lot of different areas but at the end they train you to cheat and lie. Also they are very good at posting their own reviews.

    Cons

It's all about faking. Also they would pay you the lowest they can. If you have decided to lie anyhow, please do yourself a favor and check the market standard. What they pay you is dirt cheap. I am sure, if you do that, you won't go there. If you go just for training, take training and mysteriously leave after that. They gonna make enough money from others anyhow. Note: When you eventually do get placed, they will pay you less than what they promise on paper saying they not getting enough cut( which btw is huge).

    Advice to Management

It's not all about money and taking advantage, be fair to others. Not fair for contractor to pay you more than half of their pay.

Project placement is a little time consuming, but if you have the patience, you will be very happy in the end.

I have been working at Anjaneyap Global full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Anjaneyap saved my opportunity to work in The US. Really good for people who is struggling to find a job. They provided me a platform to set first step in my career. I do like my recruiter a lot. Even her part has been done, she still helped me during marketing. unfortunately I missed this April H1 vsia applying. But I believe Anjaneyap could help me with that in the following April. Please finger crossed for me.

    Cons

I wouldn't say these are pure cons. But during learning process, it was a lot, a lot to learn. A little tired during learning.
