I worked at Ann Taylor full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

I worked as an Administrative Assistant in their corporate office in New York City. Their staff was very friendly staff. They had office parties so lots of FREE FOOD. My supervisor was absolutely brilliant.

    Cons

Everyone wore black clothing almost everyday. I was reprimanded for bringing color to the place and was told to be more casual. Can't think of anything else.

Management that visits store once every 6 months and ruins any good morale that was starting. They will actually LOWER your salary for no good reason. Try to push you out instead of firing you
