I have been working at Ann Taylor full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Emphasis on work-life balance. Supportive of personal and professional development. Gives employees opportunities to give back to the community.

    Cons

The majority of the offices could do with some modernizing/updating. Meeting spaces need more technology.

    Advice to Management

Continue asking for employee input on culture. Be open with new ideas for the company.

I have been working at Ann Taylor part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Flexible schedule, great discount, no pressure to sell outside of opening credit cards.

    Cons

Not much room for advancement. There are only two full time positions available in the store.

    Advice to Management

The quality of the clothes has decreased. People are not willing to pay full price for the clothes anymore. Too many sales and quality is not as good as it used to be in the past. Bring back higher quality clothes.
