I worked at Ann Taylor part-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

I've worked in two locations, both friendly atmospheres and very laid back employees. A lot of the customers are regulars so reaching credit quotas won't be hard at all.

    Cons

Very confusing once you get to management, corporate is disorganzied and they're pretty terrible at hiring so more than likely you'll be working under someone terribly incompetent

    Advice to Management

Learn your employees and don't spend all your time hailing corporate and district managers, it sends a terrible message. Also district managers, look into you're hiring, part of your job is hiring, take it seriously.
