    Pros

great team incentives, trips and best commission structure Ive seen so far. A lot of existing clients so not completely cold desk. Job safety is prominent and your are not likely to get fired for not hitting your targets unlike other companies. IT is a great market for making money in. The directors want you to do well. Great potential to earn serious money with a small family feel. Directors take care of their staff. God scope for progression and clear promotion outlined. Excellent culture with pool table etc in office and Fri night drinks!

    Cons

Quite KPI driven but then so are most recruitment companies and the KPI's are there to help you but at times I felt that KPI's were not quite right and time could have been spent better doing other things.

    Advice to Management

Keep up the good ethos and culture!

    Pros

Innovative recruitment business, different to other companies in the field. Fun company culture and benefits including paid for company holidays to places such as Las Vegas, Barcelona and skiing.

    Cons

No real complaints - perhaps quite focussed on KPI's but then again that is the nature of recruitment.

The perks of Annapurna are the great holidays that are offered to employees!

Annapurna encourage their employees to be motivated and driven, if you are looking for slow paced environment Annapurna isn't for you

    Advice to Management

I worked at Annapurna Recruitment full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Culture within the company is really good
Directors genuinely care about your improvement
Working in teams gives it the right competitive edge and specialisation
Great social scene and really easy to get involved whether it is beers or football
Really good training and development - they put a lot of time and effort into helping you
Working alongside some really good and experienced recruiters means you can learn a lot while on the job
Work with some fantastic clients which provides really good market knowledge and information to use in future career

    Cons

Was becoming very KPI driven towards the end - it's the right way to go as the grow but there are still some KPI's
Basic salary isn't the best out there, however, commission scheme is pretty good once you hit the upper levels

    Advice to Management

Nothing to report really as they are doing a really good job - hopefully they continue to grow but don't change too much when it comes to the culture.

I have been working at Annapurna Recruitment full-time

    Pros

Great culture, best commission scheme out there, loads of incentives and trips to Vegas, Ibiza, Barcelona and the Alps. The Directors and Managers are all really invested in helping people achieve their potential. The culture and environment is really fun and there's a great social scene. It's a really innovative and entrepreneurial business and not just a boiler room like so many other agencies out there.

    Cons

It's full of driven and ambitious people throughout so if that isn't you it may not be the best place for you.

    Advice to Management

    Keep it up.

I have been working at Annapurna Recruitment full-time

    Pros

    - Great company culture harvested by three values led Directors who have grown the business organically.
    - Award winning training programme which continues throughout your career with the business
    - Innovative environment where people are encouraged to voice their opinions and think entrepreneurially.
    - Top commission scheme with lots of other incentives too, including company holidays and lunch clubs.
    - Relaxed office environment with table tennis, pool table and Xbox.

    Cons

    - Annapurna offers employees the freedom to set their own KPI's and trusts them to manage their own time and build their own desks. So if you need/like to be micromanaged then perhaps not the best suited agency for you.

    Advice to Management

    - Keep ensuring that the company culture and values continue to be central to the business as it continues to grow internationally.

I have been working at Annapurna Recruitment full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

The work atmosphere at Annapurna is the best thing about working here. Everyone is very driven to succeed, but are friendly and approachable at the same time. The company is very innovative and is always trying to differentiate itself from competitors. This is the place to be for a recruiter looking for a great work culture at a company that is rapidly growing.

    Cons

Recruitment is a fairly high-pressure line of work and comes with its frustrations, although this isn't really the fault of the company. Be prepared to work hard and show resilience.

    Advice to Management

Management is constantly motivating us and making sure that we receive frequent training sessions. I would advise them to keep doing what they are doing, as their leadership is very valuable on a day-to-day basis.
