    Pros

You think recruitment is a good idea? think again.

    Cons

    EVERYTHING.
If you don't do enough deals as a Resourcer they kick you out without even asking if it maybe is their own training that's the problem

I worked at Annapurna Recruitment full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

The company is incredibly innovative, management always trying to improve the firm. Great directors, great training and career progression opportunities. Everyone is very hard working, very driven, and there's a really good vibe in the office. Loads of great benefits working for the company as well.

    Cons

Not to do with the company but recruitment in general-is a tough job, you have to be very gritty to make it, it's not for everyone.

    Advice to Management

Could hire more women to even out of the ratio between sexes.

I worked at Annapurna Recruitment full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Great Team! Great Training! Great Directors!

What I also like is that they also do something for the community. Very positive! A lot of charities work is beeing done in this Company.

Directors, Manager and the Team itself is very open, friendly and engaging. Everyone want's to see you win so no hard (bad behaviour) competission.

    Cons

It's not really a con in terms of the Company more in terms of the Job. You have do make deals to really do money. Keep that in mind.

    Advice to Management

Keep the Great work and support up.

I have been working at Annapurna Recruitment full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Strong meritocratic environment where performance is rewarded and coaching is structured and provided consistently - not a KPI-driven environment but rather a place where your own motivation is most important!

The office is open, bright and has all the relevant services (drinks, fridges, heat your food) - also, ping-pong, pool tables, and games are around for a quick break during the day or a laugh during lunch!

The teams have internal goals and there are also company-wide events, 5-a-side football, and retreats.

    Cons

    There's only one ping-pong table!

    Advice to Management

Keep up the great work, you've all created a fantastic working environment!

I have been working at Annapurna Recruitment full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

The work atmosphere at Annapurna is the best thing about working here. Everyone is very driven to succeed, but are friendly and approachable at the same time. The company is very innovative and is always trying to differentiate itself from competitors. This is the place to be for a recruiter looking for a great work culture at a company that is rapidly growing.

    Cons

Recruitment is a fairly high-pressure line of work and comes with its frustrations, although this isn't really the fault of the company. Be prepared to work hard and show resilience.

    Advice to Management

Management is constantly motivating us and making sure that we receive frequent training sessions. I would advise them to keep doing what they are doing, as their leadership is very valuable on a day-to-day basis.

I have been working at Annapurna Recruitment full-time

    Pros

    - Great company culture harvested by three values led Directors who have grown the business organically.
    - Award winning training programme which continues throughout your career with the business
    - Innovative environment where people are encouraged to voice their opinions and think entrepreneurially.
    - Top commission scheme with lots of other incentives too, including company holidays and lunch clubs.
    - Relaxed office environment with table tennis, pool table and Xbox.

    Cons

    - Annapurna offers employees the freedom to set their own KPI's and trusts them to manage their own time and build their own desks. So if you need/like to be micromanaged then perhaps not the best suited agency for you.

    Advice to Management

    - Keep ensuring that the company culture and values continue to be central to the business as it continues to grow internationally.

I have been working at Annapurna Recruitment full-time

    Pros

Great culture, best commission scheme out there, loads of incentives and trips to Vegas, Ibiza, Barcelona and the Alps. The Directors and Managers are all really invested in helping people achieve their potential. The culture and environment is really fun and there's a great social scene. It's a really innovative and entrepreneurial business and not just a boiler room like so many other agencies out there.

    Cons

It's full of driven and ambitious people throughout so if that isn't you it may not be the best place for you.

    Advice to Management

    Keep it up.
