I have been working at Anne Fontaine USA full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Receiving emails from the CEO congratulating us for a great day and job well done always excite everyone in my store. Feels like a family with everyone working so closely together to be ambassadors for the brand. Beautiful clothing to wear and sell! Started off as a key holder and with amazing training from my Store Manager and Regional Manager I was promoted to an Assistant Store Manager.

    Cons

Waiting for inventory to be replenished as fast as we are selling our best pieces.

I have been working at Anne Fontaine USA full-time

    Pros

My favorite part of working at Anne Fontaine is that I know I'm positively impacting others on a daily basis. It's really important to me that I'm doing positive work, so it's nice working for a company that is on the up and up and goes the extra mile to do he right thing. It's been a very gratifying working there.

    Cons

The cons are pretty limited, but just like anywhere else the job can have it's down days I guess.

I worked at Anne Fontaine USA full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Free uniform, smaller staff, generous breaks

    Cons

Where do I begin? The staff is completely worthless. Management does not deserve to be in management positions, the clothes are hideous, and I noticed the female employees are so desperate to know what’s going on each other’s lives. After going back to school and getting a MBA in Hospitality, I laugh at how poorly this company was run! Hire real sales people! Not people you manipulate into being good sales people. Working here was a joke. I don’t know how this place stays in business

    Advice to Management

Hire people who have ACTUAL sales experience with American citizenship

I have been working at Anne Fontaine USA full-time

    Pros

I've been with Anne Fontaine for a few years now and it's been a great ride. Simply work for an employer that has the reputation they do makes my job so much easier. Clients actually seek us out and they see it as a privilege to get to work with us, so they almost always have a great attitude. It doesn't hurt that we actually deliver either, AF's an easy recommendation for me.

    Cons

Every job is different, which can be both good and bad.

    Pros

Free beautiful clothes . ( only twice a year , and only few styles to choose from )

    Cons

Do Not Leave Your current job and come work for Anne Fontaine .The brand is beautiful .However ,there’s no clients to shop it .They have zero marketing , and the clothes is very expensive .Here ,you are not a manager .You are a cheap suit sales person .You need to make phone calls all day ,and bug the client over and over again .You might not see a soul in your store for hours .I don’t see the brand lasting for a long time .There’s no way they can keep stores open with as little sales they do .

    Advice to Management

Get a new marketing plan going . The clothes is beautiful , get it out there , and you are not a high end brand that people dying to wear it . Lower your prices , so people buy your clothes .

I worked at Anne Fontaine USA full-time

    Pros

    Nothing at all.
They gave clothes and asked to give it back in very disrespectful way.

    Cons

The worst company to work for, if I can give it a zero star, I would. Very disrespectful individuals and very inconsiderate.

    Advice to Management

Respect yourself and hire a mature management and then expect your business to grow. Do not make an offer to a candidate and made them leave their stable job/benefits and then let them go after a month and half because they didn't bring you another brand clients, even we they did their best in sales and UPT. But no wonder why you are an unsuccessful company.

    Pros

    The air conditioning works sometimes.

    Cons

Forced to work seven days. Hides money in her “foundation”. Pure hell. Compares herself to Hermès, L.V. Etc. Commissions are a joke. Only cares about herself, and her “possess”. But hey, bide my time and smile.

    Advice to Management

    Management? Ha!
