    Pros

    I received good pay for my job and had good hours as it was seasonal, and the location was great.

    Cons

    I was not told specific directions on how to arrange the watches and was still scolded for doing something wrong that I was never told the proper way to do.

    Advice to Management

    Be closer to your employees and let them know the certain way you want things done. No one's a mind reader

    Pros

    This felt like a second family. Corporate, regional and district managers are all a team. Great work environment and full support to achieve goals.

    Cons

    Challenges are working too many weekends and missing out on family and kids.
