    Negative Outlook

I worked at Anoka-Ramsey Community College (More than a year)

    Pros

Small School. Some faculty worth learning from.

    Cons

Had to commute between the Coon Rapids campus and Cambridge campus. Instructors more concerned about being friends with students than teaching. Instructors refuse to change and adapt unless they get something out of it. High turnover of administration

    Advice to Management

Stay there and actually change something
