    Gained experience on my resume and the hours were very flexible with my classes and exam weeks.

    They didn't have enough to do, and the job got really boring.

    Try to find more things to add to the job so that people have work to do and don't get bored.

    Pros

    Small School. Some faculty worth learning from.

    Cons

    Had to commute between the Coon Rapids campus and Cambridge campus. Instructors more concerned about being friends with students than teaching. Instructors refuse to change and adapt unless they get something out of it. High turnover of administration

    Stay there and actually change something

    Many committed students, especially the adult learners. Reasonable salary. Faculty have flexibility in selecting course materials and designing courses.

    Cons

    Some of the faculty colleagues were stand-offish with the adjunct instructors.

    Management was very supportive of faculty.
