    Pros

Great brands, growth opp, career advancement (after you leave), smart people, a true desire to do right thing for clients. You'll make incredible friends and expand your network here a ton

    Cons

Soul-crushing demands, staff spread too thin (by design)-all agencies do this but Anomaly by 10x. No staffing structure, limited resources to execute expectation of world class work.

    Advice to Management

Keep it up its working despite complaints of employees

Pretty hard to break through if you're a little more junior, Upper management not present in day to day operations. Political, as all agencies are.

I have been working at Anomaly full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Small company. People are nice. Growth opportunity.

    Cons

Management drags their feet with promotions unless you're already a manager or director. Avoid giving raises to anyone at all costs.

    Advice to Management

Keep an eye open for disgruntled young talent in the agency. Many feel underutilized and unchallenged.

    Pros

Great ethos. Smart, dedicated leadership with a big vision. Great culture with talented people from lots of different backgrounds.

    Cons

Lack of clear process and structure made the agency a frustrating place to work. Always on work culture promoted curn and burnout.

    Advice to Management

Improvements in structure and process will make more of the people feel as successful as the business itself.

    I worked at Anomaly

    Pros

great people, high profile clients, creative shop, cool soho location

    Cons

Often runs "like a slave ship" (direct quote from Carl johnson CEO) so work life balance sucks. Standard operating procedure is that they DO NOT give raises ever unless you threaten to quit b/c you have a better offer.

    Pros

Natural light, well stocked kitchen, wood floors, good part of the city. Good pay, room for growth and other work opportunities. Thirsty Thursdays!

    Cons

There can often be too much work for the amount of people working there. They're a boutique agency that has grown very fast.

    Pros

-Some kind people that you can be long term friends with.

    Cons

Cons -Read the other reviews and pay a visit to the office. A place where chickens have their heads cut off is not the most conducive learning or working environment. -Management makes promises to employees management has no intention of keeping. -Executives make promises to clients without checking to see if their employees have "bandwidth" to handle it. -There are too many clients and work for the amount...

    Advice to Management

You have intelligent, hard-working people on your staff - they'd be more likely to stick around if you treated them better. Upper management have no idea of the demands being placed all employees. There was no room for error - even when ridiculous deadlines were imposed. Before you take on new business, make sure your staff has the bandwidth to handle it. Consider employees as real people with real lives and career...
