    I worked at Anomaly full-time

    Pros

Everyone there is a pro, they've worked at other companies before. The work is excellent.

    Cons

Scheduling can be chaotic and resources can be small for projects. Unnecessary late nights at times.

    Advice to Management

Respect employees' time and schedule meetings and work to be done humanely. Every person there is working hard, no need to burn them out.

    I worked at Anomaly full-time

    Pros

Fun and creative environment for the most part (although hectic). The people are smart, exuberant and like to have a good time.

    Cons

Work life balance does not exist at all, late nights are expected so forget about making plans socially. Project management and creative resourcing is also a huge issue, people are always over capacity.

I worked at Anomaly full-time for less than a year

    Pros

    - Talented and hard working people - Founders' vision - Global client roster - Free coffee

    Cons

    - Anomaly Amsterdam is a very traditional ad agency - Poor management, lack of leadership, unprofessional and vindictive - No empowerment of staff as information is kept upstream. - Siloed teams - Late nights and weekend work due to internal failure not external factors - High client and staff churn
