    Pros

The best thing about Hooper Holmes is that I can choose the event that I want to work and for the most part they don't cancel on you and they pay pretty good and I'm very happy with the people that I work with

    Cons

The only downside that I have is sometimes we have to work really early in the morning

    Advice to Management

The only advice I have for management is they need to listen to their employees. Sometimes I feel like we are not heard but overall I am okay with the way things work

    Pros

Able to work at home, flexible hours.

    Cons

If you are a rater and live on the West coast, it is hard because you start scoring at 5:30 in the morning.

Also, pay is low for certain projects. Should be the same for all projects.

    Advice to Management

Like other assessment companies, try having flexible times like: Central time and Pacific time.
