I worked at Ansaldo STS as a contractor

    Pros

Great flexible hours, clear description of job expectation, everyone is approachable and helps out.

    Cons

Very limited interaction outside of your apecific team. New leadership cares very little for tenured employee feedback or value.

    Advice to Management

Place more value on the employee satisfaction and you will see better productivity.

    Pros

People are great. Small groups become close friends. Good vacation time.

    Cons

Upper management does not care about anyone. Pay is on the lower end. Hard to advance in the company. Terrible tuition reimbursement policy, might as well pay for it yourself.

    Advice to Management

Learn to care about people below you. They are the reason you have a job.
