    Ansarada is very well established in many other regions of the world and now the focus is on taking the factors that have garnered such traction globally and making them a staple here in the US.     Continue to send leaders from Sydney for extended US visits as this helps align vision. Keep hiring the best people from entry level to the executive level. Having people that truly buy in is going to be key to the success that lies ahead.

    Pros

    There was at one time a real buzz about this place - great location and product and a theory of great leadership via culture. The location is still good and some good people remain, for now.

    Cons

    The main issue here is the CEO - great for a start up, but not for running a business - as has been proven time and again. Failure overseas, failure and criticism (some of it deleted on here) of sales people ... and the new policy on Saas for the IPO is failing too. They lost countless heads of sales and regional leads in EMEA and US, head of HR who helped grow the business, redundancies and general counsel ... it...

    You will get to work with some great minds and genuine people...

    Cons

    Take a look at those people mentioned above, they will most likely be gone in 12 months or less... Ansarada is not known for it's tenure of employees, whether it's the CEO going on a firing rampage or individuals giving up after change fatigue, the individuals you work with today will not be the ones you work with 6-12 months from now. The cons to this organization create an exhausting list... from a culture that thrives...

    You can recruit talent, now learn how to retain that same talent. The answer isn't always to fire or make someone redundant. Also, to the board - find a CEO and CFO who know what they are doing.

    Nice offices and some great co-workers

    Cons

    Sad to say but I totally agree with all the recent negative reviews below. I was also part of a large number of people let go by the CEO. Comments below from the CEO on helping and looking out for employees he let go of are utterly untrue. No support was offered and once you were out of the door that's it don't expect to hear from them.

    I've met some of my greatest friends at Ansarada. The people are incredible and the culture is very millennial. They walk the walk and talk the talk when it comes to their values.

    Environment is laid back, food Monday and Friday (if you’re in the office)

    I am notsure where to start. Countless strategy changes this year for how to position product and everything is micromanaged from Sydney office. Company has been around for over a decade but basic processes are non existent like on boarding or product training. Sales people aren’t supported and not selling much. Lots of churn on their team.     Despite the rapid change they have, typical of any growing company, they do a great job keeping employees informed and in the loop. Great food, benefits, compensation. And the people you work with are amazing.

    Leadership has a great vision of where they want to take the organization. They are building a world class culture with the amenities to match (the office is amazing). You wake up excited to get to the office!

    Incredible office layout - the thought that went into the buildout of the space is apparent and a beautiful place to come to work every day (that and the amenities you expect at a tech company, like healthy snacks, LaCroix, and a state of the art espresso machine.)     Most of theMarketing team is based in Sydney, and the Marketing team spans four time zones across the globe. As a member of the Marketing team, this makes my hours a bit strange sometimes, but thankfully we have such a flexible environment where taking calls from home is easy and expected when outside "normal" work hours.
