    Pros

Good work/life balance. Clear expectations. Projects based deadlines requires all hands on desk.

    Cons

Their core business was in the commercial architect industry. So when the housing market suffered, as did they.

    Advice to Management

Continue to recognize and appreciate employees for their hard work.

I worked at Anshen+Allen (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Large developing Anglo american design organization dedicated primarily to PFI Healthcare Projects in an lively and exciting work environment.

    Cons

Difficult to balance work flow due to size of schems and tight deadlines. Suffered from not wionning a few schemes on which they had lavished thousands of hours of work.

    Advice to Management

Good option for hardworking architects developing theircareers. Consultancy advice should be good with very experienced staff, especially in healthcare design and planning.

    Doesn't Recommend
    No opinion of CEO

    Pros

    Nice projects for your portfolio.

    Cons

Politics exist, as it is common in this type of firms. If you want to get noticed, move to SF first. If you are a conservative, do not bother. If you wanted to learn Revit, this is not the place.
