    Negative Outlook

I worked at Answering Service (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Fast paced and always something new and different with each call. Never a dull moment. Definitely not for everyone. If you love to multi task this is a great place to work

    Cons

Favoritism, low pay, highly stressful. Not everyone works as hard or as fast as you may, so that can be very frustrating.

    Advice to Management

Make sure you give credit where it is due and even though there is a set pay scale, you should really pay each person what they are worth. Not all employees bring the same quality game to the table.
