    You are told one thing during interviews, but.........

    Well respected in the community. Work at home opportunities available.

    Cons

    The recruiters and interviewers will promise certain shifts hours and then once you are hired you hear the hours are significantly different than what you are told. VERY micromanaged - why did you take 2 minutes to go to the bathroom type of micromanaging. Highest passing QA scores I have EVER seen - need a 97 out of 100 to pass and those doing the scoring are inconsistent. Supervisors won't take calls when member asks for a supervisor. Supervisors and managers will often contradict each other when instructions are given on procedures etc. They are all about inclusion and diversity to the point that if you are straight they practically ostracize you and make you feel like you are a bad person.

    Micromanagement and Stress for All

    Able to work at home, good pay and decent benefits. The work is easy.

    Cons

    You are micromanagement to the second. Take to long on a call get an alert. Take to long documenting a call get an alert. Go to the bathroom at the wrong time it goes against your attendance/schedule adherence. Quality Auditors are inconsistent, some are just nitpicky. Management is mostly unavailable. High turnover of associates in part due to mandatory overtime (which was not mentioned in the interview process) and in part due to a lack of management support. Because of the high turnover the CSAs and CCRs are just numbers there is no community feel. I have seen a lot of good people that could excel at this company leave because management just doesn't care. I think they might be surprised at how many are looking to leave.

    Pros

    Decent pay I was promoted within 6 months of me being employedHappy to come to work Somedays.

    No work and home balance. Heavy work volume. It’s really what you make of it.
