    The culture was fun and competitive. It was great to be a part of a college that was making education possible for those that may not have considered it before.

    Cons

    Unfortunately, the schools campus in Nashville closed and the entire company was acquired by another school.

    There was no pros to this pace they went out of business because they did not understand the meaning of good work ethics.

    Cons

    The entire place was horrible. And they fire you to save their butt because they are going out of business so it's your fault.

    Career Services Department in Kansas City was awesome

    Cons

    Payroll, leadership/management. Both were horrible experiences

    I worked at Anthem Education (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    Good individual personalities to work with as part of the admissions team. Leadership at the time was fair and relative to the marketplace.

    Cons

    Urgency was over-pushed for increased profits. Some leadership seemed to only be concerned with data and not potential students and graduation rates.

    Advice to Management

    Focus on training staff and counseling students to create a environment that welcomes increased enrollment and graduation rate.
