Was a great family atmosphere. That is gone now. Salary is okay for the work. But if you are at a busy store with no help then good luck.

    Cons

Hours and quality of life. No guidance from upper management. No help either.

I have been working at Anthony’s Coal Fired Pizza full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Great quality when it comes to food.

    Cons

Once bought by private equity firm, Catterton, in late 2015, the culture quickly turned toxic and mostly bottom lined focused so they may make a profit on their investment as quickly as possible. Meaning, solely focused on making as much money as possible, yesterday. Unreasonable and sometimes unrealistic demands from the brass. Meaning the CEO, COO, CFO and CCO. I’ve yet to see any of them work alongside our... employees on the line on any shift. Go ahead and try to work the line on a Friday night. You’re just a number. And if you make over $100k, they’re going to “Grind you to within an inch of your life”, 😉 so you’ll either quit or produce up to their expectations. And if you do produce, they’ll want and expect more. It’s never good enough. Bleed you dry. All they need from you is two years of hard work and results and by then you’ll have either quit or demoted for poor performance because of burn out. Then they’ll hire a fresh faced, young, inexperienced manager that will do it at a much lower cost. And the 2 year cycle repeats. The CEO is not and has not been Anthony Bruno for several years now. Though he still does sit on the board of directors, but has no controlling interest.

    Advice to Management

They don’t need or want advice. They know exactly what their doing. “It’s all about playing chess, not checkers”.

    Pros

fast paced environment. keeps you busy and you work with great people.

    Cons

Honestly sometimes you are "in the weeds" but people help as best they can. Working in smaller versions of the store make this a little more noticeable.
