The team is amazing. Discount is great. Freedom to run the business as if it's your own, and make decisions that will benefit you.
Cons
District Management is the only place you can go if you have issues, and if they don't get solved, you really have no one else to reach out to. Tendency to hire upper management from outside of the company, which leads to big misunderstandings that are very hard to correct.
