Great way to network and obtain retail experience

    Pros

I have a business degree focused in retail, so this position has helped me to grow as a professional by gaining very valuable experience. The manager's and associate's are more than willing to help one another grow in this company. It's a very fun and creative environment to work in, with extremely loyal and lovely customers. Also, the discounts don't hurt!

    Cons

A couple of cons are on-call shifts, getting hours cut last minute, and inconsistent scheduling of hours. These are all due to profits or losses the company endures, which is an uncontrollable for the company. The bright side is that if you work for this company long enough, you can eventually work your way up and won't have to deal with these cons!

    Great for a college student

    Pros

-Awesome discount for yourself and loved ones -Decent pay for a part time job (9/hr) -Flexible schedule that work with college classes -Awesome work environment -Good about breaks -Other employees are really cool and helpful - Not working off commission so you can be honest with the customer

    Cons

-On call shifts are pretty annoying since you don't know if you're working them until 2 hours before hand -Pay checks are direct deposit, which is ideal, but it's really hard to get signed up initially which kind of really sucks -I could see how working at Anthro could be difficult for people who like to have a more scheduled existence, but for a college student it's great
