    Depends on your title

    Pros

Creative employees, beautiful campus, friendly people, decent health benefits, and good employee discount It feels like you are part of something very special and unique, getting to work amongst such talented colleagues. Everyone is very friendly and make you feel instantly part of the team. There is a great mix of age and ethnicities, making it a very diverse environment. It does not hurt that there are puppies everywhere. The cafeteria and gym are a plus, although it can get pricey. (gym is free)

    Cons

Work hours are long and sometimes there is very little flexibility. Upper management lacks communication and sometimes you hardly ever see or hear from your boss or head of department with positive or negative feedback. Anything is better than nothing. Maternity leave is considered a disability and the company has an outside insurance company determine your eligibility. ( you are only eligible for paid maternity leave after 1 year at the company) Only 4 weeks paid at 60% for v- birth and 6 weeks paid at 60% for c-section. One is led to believe that you get 6 weeks paid for V and 8 weeks for C, but the first 2 weeks of disability are NOT paid. They do not explain this to you during the orientation and it's misleading. Very Poor maternity leave especially since there are so many woman that work at this company and a lot of them are young, getting married and starting families. Not much room for growth as departments do not intermix with one another to create relationships and opportunities in other fields within the company.

    Pros

    The discount is really great

    Cons

Upper management would bully out any of the lower managers if they weren't part of their little clique or their lapdogs.

    Pros

The best part about the job is the discount. In fact, most employees that stay long term with the company do so because the discount is so great. The product is great although there's been a steady decline in the quality recently.

    Cons

This company does not pay their employees well enough for the amount of work load expected of them. Unreasonably high visual standards are the
