I have been working at Anytime Fitness full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Dealing with customers and building positive relationships. Part of the top ranking club in the nation and increased overall memberships. Making some good friendships with staff and owners around the world. Highest reviews in the nation a small which was nice.

    Cons

Dead end job no career advancement. Dealing with the owner who had no business sense and rude customers on daily basis. The C2i isn't very helpful and takes weeks before they get back to you. You get zero recognition for being a top club other than a computer generated message from Anytime Fitness. There really is no assistance from a corporate level and must rely on the individual owner. It comes down to a lot of "rah rah" company events meetings that you must go or pay a penalty. They pay is below average and no health benefits.

    Advice to Management

Offer more incentives for top producing clubs that stand out other than just a club purple or platinum award to hang up on the wall. We know you make your money when franchises open new locations, what can you offer to remain competitive in a changing industry?
