I have been working at Anytime Fitness part-time for more than 2 years

    Pros

Intimate setting. No over the top expectations of clientele conformity (like not being allowed to grunt when you struggle) Decent pay (it's a small town) Business model that works, but not at the extortion of the members.

    Cons

No group pricing/discount, but understandable due to the logistics of the membership.

    Advice to Management

Make the app a little more all-in-one and user friendly rather that having two linked apps dependent on the successful facilitation of the gym manager.

    Pros

Member interaction & club culture make coming to work easy & fun.

Hours are 10am to 7pm Monday thorough Thursday, 9am to 3pm on Friday, with some weekend hours. It can make getting anything done during the week tough. Cleaning duties are also left to the staff to handle & it is much more than just vacuuming and dusting, no cleaning service provided.
