I worked at Anytime Fitness full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Making a difference in people's lives. Easy to work out because you are already there! The work is versatile and you wear many hats so the job does not become monotonous. The greatest reward is being in a positive healthy environment daily.

    Cons

The work load can vary a great deal. You need to drive sales and be on the phones a lot while juggling day to day tasks such as admin, cleaning and handling member issues. It can be a lot of stress at times.

    Advice to Management

Don't open a franchise unless you have some capital to support the business. Set up structure to keep support staff so things can run smoothly and efficiently.
