    Pros

Great culture and business model that align with the clients and lines of businesses that they serve. Would not advise much change.

    Cons

Traveling and constant updates which are standard business practices that most firms embrace for requirements which clients demand and should expect.

    Pros

Great Benefits, Positive Working environment, and good salary once you demonstrate that you are a capable and helpful employee. I enjoyed my time.

    Cons

I can't think of many cons. I would suggest more training for new hires as when they get to the phones they seem clueless and give out wrong information quite often.

    Advice to Management

More responsibilities could be given to Customer Service Associates for downtime between calls. Simple tasks such as data entry would be an option.
