I worked at Aon Hewitt full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

    Telecommute available
    Good team work
Immediate manager very approachable, understanding, open to ideas

    Cons

    No raises since 2009
Cost of employer subsidized benefits are high
    Constantly changing workflow processes
Micromanagement of daily workflow pushed down by upper management
    Minimal advancement

    Advice to Management

Don't base an employees value to the company mostly on case production. Look at the different functions and skill levels required in a position that also contributes to an employees value within a department. The way the department is structured makes the daily casework feel like an assembly line rather than a benefit consulting firm.

I worked at Aon Hewitt full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Wont see any Pros as within first fifteen days of joining had a very bitter experience as seen below.

    Cons

One of the worst places i have ever worked, specially the software division.
I was employed for a period of 3 months and had very bitter experience and left the company because of the dirty politics.
Juniors have no respects for their seniors. I was humiliated on the floor by one of my colleague who made fun of me in front of everybody, can’t explain everything here.
Same thing when i reported to my manager and hr. department no action was taken against that guy rather they said they will make sure that this thing will not happen in future, and thereafter put lot of work pressure on me so that i would ultimately resign from the company, which i did.
No ethics at all among the team members. Laughing at seniors, making fun of them is what they do without any fear; i would not recommend any one to join this company.

    Advice to Management

    Take some action
