I worked at Aon Hewitt full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

With the right manager, you could have a good work/life balance.

    Cons

The company focuses more on quantity and not on quality. Some managers prefer to "hide" processes from a client to be able to make client think they are being managed within the agreed contract which borders ethic line.

    Advice to Management

Be consistent in hiring processes and management of colleagues. You lose creditability when team observes one person being treated differently under same circumstances as another person.

I worked at Aon Hewitt full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

They used to have free lunch and breakfast but not any more. The walk around the lake at lunch was nice.

    Cons

You could be a teacher and get paid more. They changed the benefits but didn't change the pay scale. If you were on the healthcare side you worked insane hours during open enrollment.

    Advice to Management

Pay your people or get acquired....oh, wait....never mind.

    Pros

    San Juan, PR Office:
    Good and professional environment.
Direct hire (3 month probation period).
Respects individual style within business casual setting.
    Comfortable lunch areas with features.
    Supervisors are accessible.

    Cons

Training is performed remotely on the phone via virtual meetings. Fast paced, huge amount of information to learn.
Assigned campaigns and procedures can change often.
    Very very strict attendance policy.
Quality scores difficult to maintain depending on supervisor.

    Advice to Management

More awareness to employees with disabilities. In my case I wasn't given options to provide evidence for a reasonable accommodation.
