I worked at Aon Limited full-time

    Pros

Great place to work, very collaborative. Aon are particularly good when it come to investing in training and development. They definitely live up to their promise of investing in the team through continuous development. I had more training at Aon in 12 months than I had in 7 years at another global broker.

    Cons

IT. The new office at the chess grater is awesome but IT in general needs updating.

    Advice to Management

    Keep up the good work.

I worked at Aon Limited full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

The image of working for Aon and their Clients - the largest in the world

    Cons

Bullying behavour, no protection from whistle blowing. Corrupt environment, all the way to senior management. Alot of good people lost due to this work place 'practice'. Still going on now.

    Advice to Management

The HR (Aon Hewitt) arm is know to internal staff as 'Aon Blew-it' No protection from whistle blowing from bullying and corruption in the work place... We all expected better HR from the 'market leader' who sets the standards for other companies.
