I worked at Aon full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Pay is pretty good, and benefits, while higher in costs, start on day one of employment.

    Cons

Typical call center environment where you're just a number, and even when life happens you still get occurrences for being absent even for medical reasons.

    Advice to Management

You give quite a bit of paid time off, but no one hardly ever gets to use any of it.

I worked at Aon full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Smart people, good benefits, pretty flexible depending on your manager, and good offerrings. Focused on employee engagement with some real intent, which was good and shows they do try and appreciate good talent.

    Cons

Need better organization of solutions for the market, and how to develop them at the client level. Certain senior management can be difficult to work with and can create some dysfunction in the field. Could use a little less Mckinsey-isms in the Senior ranks but need people who have actually done the work that is needed.

    Advice to Management

keep focusing on talent and employee engagement to get the right people.
