    Cons

    I worked at Aon full-time

    Pros

Nice place to work. Friendly staff. Good food in the cafeteria.

    Cons

Training for certain jobs suck. Some of the co-workers can be a bit childish.

    Advice to Management

Make training have relevant meaning. There was a lot of time spent on things that we didn't need to study so hard for vs actual material and simulations that would have enhanced the knowledge of the training course.
