    Disapproves of CEO

    Pros

Apache has decent technology and some good developer. They respond to customers but mostly by a sqeaky wheel basis.

    Cons

All decisions are top down. You better like being told what to do and when to do it. If you don't like a decision it is best not to disagree. There are very big egos running company and they expect you work around the clock even though employee have very little incentive to do it.

    Advice to Management

Be more transparent and genuine. Many employees feel like it a white collar sweatshop.

    Approves of CEO

    Pros

Market leader in Power integrity so far.
    Knowledge sharing with other engineers

    Cons

    Long working hours.
    Turn over rate is high.
75% of the engineers are in China/Inida.
    Do not expect pay raise.
Do not make any mistakes, get yelled at is normal.

    Advice to Management

Instead of spending efforts on recruiting, try to keep experience engineers
    with fair market compensation.
