I worked at Apache North Sea (More than a year)

    Pros

Nobody died. It's the wild west where I was working, and nobody in top management wants to hear about it.

    Cons

A train wreck in slow motion. These guys don't even want to know about what's going on.

    Advice to Management

You have some people in the wrong seats on your bus.
