Best in class sales training - the skills you acquire here will carry with you for the rest of your life; regardless of future career path! Extraordinary work/life balance... Apex prides itself on the “work hard/play harder” mindset and you absolutely get out of it, what you put into it! But if you have a kids soccer game you don’t want to miss, an important life event, etc. Simply work it into your schedule and work around it. Relationships - you will develop long lasting relationships with people that you will soon view as your friends, mentors, and family. It’s far more than “just a job”. The culture is everything! Fun company outings, great people, awesome incentives, competitive work environment!
Cons
As I said in the pros... you get out of it, what you put into it. If you’re the type of person that just likes to coast by under the radar, keep your head down, clock in/clock out and go on about your day. Apex probably isn’t the career for you. Weak minded individuals will not survive in this environment. You either need to become the best version of yourself or find a more traditional “job” to collect a paycheck from.

Pros
Financial Freedom and flexibility while helping the community.
Cons
Commission only. Cold calling. Fluctuation in pay.
- Former Employee★★★★★
Pros
Give you tons of support to reach the level of sales you need to! Proven pitch to follow as well as weekly help from senior sales partner Great experience
Cons
I can’t think of any
- Former Employee, less than 1 year★★★★★
Pros
Flexible schedule Good earning potential Usually working solo and at own pace
Cons
I spent several months setting appointments for my senior partner . My senior partner was not good at selling so I spent all those months setting appointments and not making any money. So I had to leave because I wasn’t making any money. If you start here , make sure you work under a competent senior partner.
