    Pros

Amazing clinics that span between a few states in the Midwest. Top flight facilities and healthcare services. The PT I worked for was really helpful as a mentor.

    Cons

Not many cons. Pay could have been higher but I was just an intern-level tech needing a resume-builder to get into PT School.

    Advice to Management

Keep doing what you are doing, the atmosphere and work culture is one of the best that I have been a part of!

I have been working at Apex Rehab full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Benefits like 401k and paid time off. Monday through Friday and no holidays.

    Cons

Health insurance is not affordabe for rehab aides. You have to build up your PTO, you are only given one lump sum of PTO when you start. Aides get taken advantage of constantly depending on facility. Can end up doing nothing but transport all day and no scheduled times for residents. Voicing your problems to higher ups get swept under the rug even if it involves falsified reports. Do not give raises based on performance. Over 3 years and got my first raised of 10 cents.
