    Pros

    Great compensation, and the amount of work you put in will be reflected on your paycheck. Many opportunities to learn about a growing industry.

    Cons

    If you are expecting an up front explanation of the expectations and requirements you will be held to then you are looking in the wrong place. They were not upfront about the training process during my interview. You will be compensated for working the hours of 8-5 while being expected to work more of a 7-7. If you enjoy looking for a place that will help you grow and learn then look elsewhere. "Leadership" does a minuscule amount of leading and an extraordinary amount of micromanagement and number driving.

    Advice to Management

    Quit worrying so much about the numbers, they look great. Worry more about the people who make them great.

    Shady salesman account managers only want to get bodies in. Any issues fall on deaf ears.

    Contractors discuss what a terrible person the Director totally useless

    Great training, Can move up easily

    Cons

    tier two are some of the most condescending people, You never fix the problem you just run a fit it wizard which works 50% of the time and try to get off the phone.

    I was a temp on a contract. They made me feel welcome. I enjoyed the people and the job.

    Pros

    This is a great company to work for. Benefits are good, culture is great and team-building is a focus. You can tell they care about their employees and actively work to improve quality of life for everyone in the office.

    Cons

    I have no negatives for this company. Unless you don't like your job responsibilities, I don't think there's anything wrong with the company. And if you do dislike your job responsibilities, it's not the company's fault in the first place :)

    Great Leadership
    Unlimited potential
    Good culture
    Can take time to get ramped up but once you can build good relationships your commissions can be great.

    Cons

    Have to cold call daily to set meetings and get leads, but once you have gotten in the door with some managers leads can come from referrals.
