I have been working at Apex Systems full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Working for a contract company like Apex give you flexibility to show many employers what you are like. The salary pays a little more and if you are good at negotiation, you can get paid pretty well.

    Cons

The benefits are pretty thin. No PTO except for sick leave.

    Advice to Management

I would hope that management values their employees more than just bodies for contracts. Special employees should be given more attention.
