- Former Employee, more than 5 years★★★★★
Pros
good opportunity for students, for their first job
Cons
organizational culture, spirit, cold relationships between people
Continue reading - Former Employee, more than 1 year★★★★★
Pros
- great people in US, Romania, Serbia; great collaboration -working from home, on EST time (North America schedule) - the job itself was nice and you can learn few things and get used with clients, develop your service skills and use some tools (like salesforce)
Cons
- poor payment with no increase -no legal country outside US, no medical insurance, meal tickets, etc -arogant CEO (Brian), who things he can manage and own entirely; he is apparently nice, is telling what he thinks you want to hear and he'll keep you ovt hours, if you let him, all the time -cheep management, no rules, no transparencies in the process
Continue reading - Current Employee★★★★★
Pros
You work in a small team which is responsible for 5 tools, where you do everything(product owner, skrum, frontend, backend, sometimes even QA....), they are milking their employees while giving them salaries which you can't to anything with, so you stay home and work since it's only remote work for some reason...
Cons
There are no cons ...
- Former Employee, more than 3 years★★★★★
Pros
Working hours which are flexible. Ability to learn new things. Excellent for beginners and to get some experience. You can get it even if you do not know anything about coding.
Cons
Overcomplicated process of reviews and endless meetings. You have from no one to learn anything about coding, all by yourself. If you are lucky you will be in a team of good developers but if you get stuck as person who will carry a team you are doomed. They propagate some values but when the management is breaking them it is ok, they will find a curve around it. While when you do it you get to write post mortem.

Pros
Very flexible hours, possibility to sell your vacation or transfer it to the next year. Possibility to start new initiatives and projects, and to take ownership of results
Cons
A lack of structure sometimes makes job stressful and sometimes micromanagement can be an issue (this become a lot better since 2015)

Pros
The company is good for those who want to work remotely. You can choose the working hours that best suit you, as long as it's 9 hrs in total per day. Some teams that are dealing with clients must work by the EST time zone, though.
Cons
Everything depends on the CEO of the company, who would like to be involved in every step of the work activities, but is seldom an expert in the matter. He would often change his mind about a task in the middle of the process. No clear plan and too many ad hoc tasks that are often contradictory.
- Former Employee, more than 1 year★★★★★
Pros
Relaxed atmosphere, work/life balance, nice colleagues
Cons
At the time, as I was there five years ago we were struggling with duties, responsibilities and KPIs per employee.

Pros
Flexible hours, working from home. You can learn from other colleagues who are really nice. No more good sides of the job.
Cons
Salary is low, no social or medical insurance. You just get the nett amount. You don't even get a computer, yo have to use your personal.
