    Pros

The people you work with, it's most like the camaraderie of people from a shipwreck or some other life threatening event. They band together because the leadership pits them against each other playing games. Wow, how did a PRO turn into such a CON...this is hard with Aplifi/Ipipeline...

    Cons

Absolutely horrific management, now it's owned by iPipeline, STAY AWAY I warn you, don't think it will be different for you.

    Advice to Management

    Resign.....that's the only hope

I worked at Aplifi full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Decent people, working in a purposefully dysfunctional and erratic environment. Never ending fire drills. Most of which could be avoided.

    Cons

Highly charged political environment. President promotes confusion and change to cover ineptitude, lack of vision, and general incompretence. Struggles to unify and synergize management team. Company can't deliver products on a timely basis. Lots of turnover leading to dysfunctional and inept workforce.

    Advice to Management

Find a strong and competent leader that knows and understands the insurance industry.

Try to distribute the bonuses to the people that are deserving.

    Positive Outlook

I have been working at Aplifi full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Employees are dedicated and motivated to turn out a quality product. Everyone cares about their work and shares the same vision to see the company succeed. All levels of management support the employees and genuinely want each person to be successful. A great place to work if you want to work hard, be part of a team, and enjoy the satisfaction of success.

    Cons

Aplifi is a fast paced, high speed growing company and there will always be challenges that come along with that. People that blame management for things are people that have no motivation to do the right thing themselves and are always looking for someone or something to blame.

    Advice to Management

Keep moving forward and making positive progress, change is good. It will pay off in the long run.
