    Pros

Benefits, full tuition waiver for undergrad, partial for grad + PhD

    Cons

Poor leadership decisions, salary structure is not consistent with the market nor based on job/skill level in many areas

    Advice to Management

The organization needs to think about it's employees more and the way that they are treated both in terms of compensation and workload; there are groups of people within the organization that have little to no actual job function while there are others with overwhelming amounts of work.
