I have been working at Apollo Electric full-time (Less than a year)
Personable place to work. Apollo hosts a Christmas party/company picnic for their employees every year. The manager listens. You get paid based on what you deserve with room to move up.
Work is based on work given from contractors.

For a person that enters the trade, this company will introduce you to the field work on both small and large projects. Have few good foremen from whom you can learn a lot. Gives you an opportunity to work with the major contractors who do high residential projects.
If you have to work for them, set the rules at the beginning of your career and never let them bend those rules. Very slim chances of getting a raise and they will use every little mistake that you did in order to not give you what you are asking for. Senior Management tends to overload you with the work and turns the blind eye on any signs of overburden or complaint which leads to things being overlooked and mistakes which could have been easily corrected in the earlier stages of the project.
