Pros
Cons
  • Middle management could use some attention, but where couldn't it (in 16 reviews)

  • Growing pains as the company has doubled in size over two years (500 to 1000 EEs); all very normal in my opinion (in 13 reviews)

I have been working at AppNexus full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

AppNexus is growing fast and that creates lots of opportunities for people to grow and take initiative. The leadership team is pretty smart and has a large percentage of the most experienced ad tech executives around. They are also in a good strategic position in the market.

    Cons

Chaos can be hard to deal with. Frequent reorgs and updated strategies require folks who can deal with change effectively.

    Advice to Management

Try harder to make a plan and stick to it. Communicate as much as possible.
