I worked at Apple part-time for less than a year

    Pros

Puts its team first over customers. Especially during the pandemic when people are grumpy and entitled to service the way it used to be over safety, Apple shines. Apple takes every precaution to keep its team and customers safe.

    Cons

You have to work many weekends.

I have been working at Apple full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

Fast pace. Plenty of challenges for personal growth. Learn tons of transferable people skills. The people you work with are incredible. Apple hires brilliant, ambitious, innovative people, that put their people first. No other environment like it.

    Cons

Not a huge amount of upward mobility within the retail environment. Cons are going to be based upon your own perspective and what you make of your own development and experience. You’ll have a great experience if you have a positive attitude 100% of the time.
