I have been working at Apple Dentist full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

You are able to give a schedule that works for you. I honestly don't have anything else to say about this company.

    Cons

They don't want to pay what one is asking for after giving lower than what is asked for. Management starts more drama than the employees.

    Advice to Management

    Better pay equals better service.

I worked at Apple Dentist (More than a year)

    Pros

    Work well around different schedules.

    Cons

There is hardly any room to grow withing the company. They pay very poorly compared to other dental offices, and no opportunity for overtime. No benefits offered.

I have been working at Apple Dentist part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Gave me the opportunity to learn a Little more of reception and gave me the capability to have a better experince in customer service.

    Cons

it needs to be more organized in general, I feel that although is a big company and recognized, customer service should get better in certain áreas and certain employees.

    Advice to Management

My personal advice is for management should be a Little more responsable of its own facility. With a great & professional communicaton between manager and employees, the company should grow a Little more.

I worked at Apple Dentist full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

I met a lot of great people there and enjoyed working with the employees.

    Cons

The company is extremely disorganized and CHEAP! They will try to take advantage of you at every chance they get and suck you dry. They will cheat their customers and employees to the penny just to make an extra buck. It's quite sad. They offer no benefits and hardly ever give raises. They see every employee replaceable and therefore do not care to treat them well. They have an extremely high turnover rate.

    Advice to Management

Invest more in your employees and treat them with dignity and not like disposable commodities.

No respect for employees or customers

I worked at Apple Dentist part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

The jobs itself are easy and the co-workers are nice. Desk jobs upstairs are 95% Vietnamese ladies. They're nice enough, some of it can be cliquey. Lots of younger Asian girls (early 20s) working in the more disposable positions.

    Cons

Unorganized. Most of these people never went to school, therefore don't know how to carry about proper desk jobs. It seems like everyone learns as they go. Not so much of a bad thing if this is just a part time job and you're looking for cash. I don't recommend working her long term.
