I worked at Apple part-time for less than a year

    Pros

Great if you enjoy troubleshooting and genuinely like to help and teach people how to use their products

    Cons

10 minute appointments are hard to keep, generally you will get some bad apples. I think the biggest pain point for customers was their reliance on walk-in appointments which Apple finds really hard to meet (it is hard when you have the iPhone)

I worked at Apple part-time for less than a year

    Pros

Great people to work with who have a passion for the products and culture

    Cons

Immense pressure to closeout high volumes of iOS tech issues. Often had goals set to resolve 40 customer issues in a day, but many customers needed 10-20 minutes per appointment. It was very difficult to make customers feel as though their time was seriously considered when we had to multitask with so many different customers at once.

    Cons

Demanding and fast paced environment dealing with a lot of customer, who can often times be difficult.

I worked at Apple full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    - I met some of the most dynamic people from all walks of life through Apple - Company benefits are awesome, they really do take care of you

    Cons

    - Working at the 24/7 location in NYC ... made for overwhelming foot traffic and guest interactions - Not having the most consistent schedule - made work / life balance with school a bit difficult.
