Commission structure is A+! Annual sales trip Blended desk
Cons
For a branch managers and up meeting numbers while mentoring teams and still striving to make commission and hit goals to earn the annual sales trip can be a challenge. They need more of a work life balance. Ability to work remotely. Not interviewing so many people in person.

-Amazing team to work with on a daily basis -Awesome branch and regional managers -Benefits are offered, Med/Den/Vis/Life, 401k, PTO -Training department that is available all the time to help -Executives are wonderful, attentive, involved -Frequent gatherings with all the offices in the region -So many other positive things to say about this place. I love it.
Cons
-It's exhausting! Personally, I like the challenge and I'm never bored so this is not really a con. -The work/life balance isn't what a lot of people want but it's really up to each individual to accomplish. Again, this is not a real con for me because I really like what I'm doing. Note: This job really isn't for everyone. It's challenging and requires patience and the ability to listen and learn from others. Other reviews mention micromanagement. I don't really see it as micromanaging, the training program is structured, absolutely. But it's structured that way for a reason and it works if you follow the model. If you don't, the business is really hard to build. This is why people end up making cold calls.
